Valluga achieves double podium finish in Abu Dhabi

The team were back out in Abu Dhabi for the NGK UAE Procar Championship at the weekend taking once again to the Yas Marina Circuit.

The weekend started strong with both drivers qualifying first and second in class in the high temperature of Abu Dhabi giving them a great starting position for the first race later on that day.

The first race saw both drivers hold their podium positions finishing in first and second in class giving them their first podium finish and win of the day.

Going into the second and final race of the day the team and drivers felt confident to achieve another great result.

​Race two did exactly that with both drivers again finishing on the podium second and third in class securing the team and drivers a double podium finish each.

We spoke to team engineer Billy Sutton on how the weekend unfolded, "The weekend was great and the results even better.

The team worked hard to pull off two podium finishes for both drivers with us feeling confident all weekend it was a great race overall for team Valluga.
